Sometimes I just want a whole chicken wing that's nicely fried and decent price. Going to the local grocery store is just what you need. Today I was enticed by their mac-n-cheese. LOOKED so good but tasted ok. It was decent enough I will let my son have the left overs. Chicken as usual nicely done. Otherwise stater prices can be expensive unless you want to buy four of something lol. Anyway. I spent about 5 for two whole pieces of chicken and half pound mac n chez as MY son says. Oh my husband loves their nicely prepared salads. Very clean store and nice customers and service. A lady let me in front of her.

******UPDATED 10/30/2021********* Stater brothers reached out to me after reading my Google review. I contacted them and they explained to Me that this is not the type of quality of meat and service they provide. The information was passed along to a meat department district manager manager who also contacted me. After a pleasant conversation he asked me to come by the store so they could replace the meat that I had complained about. I came by later that afternoon and it was the best experience. Everyone was courteous and they made the situation right. I told them I post the good with the bad when I do Google reviews and that I would update this review. They explain to me that without a review they do not know where they can improve all the time. I appreciate they were not rude. I look forward to coming back. Fresh fruits and veggies keep me coming back. Today I felt like I did not get enough value for my money. The cuts of meat that I purchased from the meat department were not good cuts. They had too much unedible meat. I lost over half a pound of meat that could not be used. This is very poor quality out of the 2 pounds I purchased for my family's dinner less than one and a 1/2 were edible. I attached the pictures. Be careful when purchasing meat, ask to be able to look at both sides of it before they pack it and weigh it, the parts that I saw looked good in the display but all the bad parts were on the bottom that were not visible under display. Lately they have been finding a lot better produce here than other grocery stores.

Exceptional service from all angles at this store. The deli counter is a well oiled machine with consistent fresh options, the meat counter is always in pristine condition, and the produce department stays immaculate. No doubt that this store manager,David is forefront in this beautifully orchestrated business as it carries onto each of the employees. Stater loyalty!!!

I had to make a second trip to my favorite Stater Bro. Where I encountered a young lady name Suzanne. She never said hello or address me as a customer, I thought her being rude to the gentleman before may have been rare But, as she talked to another employee laughing and talking saying she was so tired and could fall asleep right there! I then spoke up and said hello how are you ladies since no one even spoke to a faithful paying customer. She then seem annoyed and drop my change in my hand and I left. Suzanne may have become too comfortable with her position and forgot that customers are the reason she is employed, I shop her at least once a day if not twice a day. One bad seed can change my location to shop at this particular store. On the other hand there are Exceptional employees like Joel front end manager Excellent, Vince in meat dept Extremely customer service friendly Heather always with a smile a greet every cashier by name and so many more over the top employees. Suzanne Horrible customer service may need a recap on customer service skills. 👎

Their deli is becoming gross on a few items. Their Cleo whatever bean dip is horrible I would think since it's been two weeks after buying it someone would complain, the manager should taste it that red sauce is disgusting. And whoever is preparing the salads is being lazy and not chopping the chicken for the ceaser salad just throwing in huge chunks does not look appealing and the ceaser dressing taste cheap like a diet flavor. Also their burritos have barely no meat and filled with beans. Cleo and Leo prepared enchiladas are made with flour tortillas and the sauce is disgusting.
